Does the April 2026 compliance calendar still set the due dates?
No. The April 2026 compliance calendar listed dates inside that month, and that month has ended. A business uses the standing due dates, not a closed month’s table.
Which dates have passed?
Every date that fell in April 2026, including that month’s GST returns, the March TDS deposit, and the provident-fund and ESI payments for March. An April calendar does not extend those dates into October. The same is true of the 2020 compliance calendar, which also does not set this year’s dates.
Which GST dates still recur?
GSTR-1 is due on the 11th of the next month, or on the 13th after the quarter for a QRMP taxpayer. GSTR-3B is due on the 20th, or on the 22nd or the 24th for a QRMP taxpayer, as notified for the State. A composition taxpayer files CMP-08 by the 18th of the month after the quarter. Those dates are on the GST returns page. A non-resident taxable person does not use the monthly GSTR-1 date.
Which company dates are standing?
A private company’s annual general meeting, AOC-4, and MGT-7 or MGT-7A follow the year-end, on the annual compliances page. MSME-1, where it applies, is due on 30 April and 31 October. DIR-3 KYC is not an April form, and it is not due by 30 September. From 31 March 2026 it is Form DIR-3 KYC Web, by 30 June of every third consecutive financial year. An LLP’s Form 11 and Form 8 are on the LLP compliance page.
What should this page not be used for?
It should not be used as a list of open deadlines, and it should not be used for a listed company’s market-regulator circulars from April 2026. Those circulars had their own dates. Income-tax payment, when it is advance tax or self-assessment tax, is on the challan 280 page, not on this calendar.

It is due on 30 April for the October to March half, and on 31 October for the April to September half, when amounts owed to micro or small suppliers have been outstanding more than 45 days.
Does this page list later SEBI deadlines?
No. The April 2026 notes were for that month. A listed company’s later circulars are not restated here.
